This month of June, I’ve been frequenting the Adonis Outlet at Lucky Plaza for this, this and this treatment because of my blog’s nomination into the Singapore’s Adonis Best Beauty Blog Award, 2011. (Psst, vote for me here! :))
I wanted to write this post as kinda like a special thanks to the people at Adonis who took so good care of me.
I need to give special mention to Audrey, branch manager at Adonis Lucky Plaza, and her efficient team there.
Audrey took very good care of me from the first treatment on. She patiently explained all the details of the treatments I underwent and answered all the questions I have.
I am constantly bombarding her with heaps of questions because I wanted to know what they’re doing to/ putting on my face and it’s purpose so that I can share with my readers here.
By the second treatment, she recognised me by sight and called me by name already. She also commented that I look tired that day and explained that the Chakra therapy I was about to undergo will do me good. She also always asked how I was before and after each treatment.
The service staff there at the Lucky Plaza branch are also very helpful, eager to share info and hardworking. Even though I was late for my treatments sometimes, that only meant they work late – no shortcuts for any of the treatments!
Before and after every treatment, I am served warm tea and a hot towel – regardless of how late I was!
So yea, thanks Audrey, and your wonderful team for the great experience! :) Personalised customer service always gives people a reason to keep coming back for more.
And if you do some quick search on google, like me, many have found Adonis beneficial to their skin. BongQiuQiu, blogger was once sponsored by them as well and she put some great before and after photos.
