It was such an amazing and nerve wrecking experience. I had so much fun!
As the category sponsor for 2012’s Singapore Blog Awards’ Beauty Blog, Mary Chia really spiced things up by taskimg each of us 10 finalists to organise a spa party to introduce Mary Chia to our friends and readers. Have you read part 1 and part 2 about this event yet? :)
It was at first exciting, then it got really nerve wrecking during the 2 weeks leading up to the party. I was quite sure the party was all going to be a flop. Haha!
I think I’m so gonne be a scary bridezilla when the time to plan a wedding does come.
Here’s a special blogpost to sincerely thank all the people/partners who made the party awesome and for everyone else to see what my lovely guests went home with. :)
First up, check out the lovely goodie bag!
1) Mary Chia
To Feon and Sharon, thanks for the support and guidance and all the green lights you gave me for all the crazy, ever-changing ideas I had for the party. Feon was really patient throughout all my 1,000 words emails to her.
Much thanks to Mary Chia for sponsoring funds for the party, the $120 Treatment Vouchers for the goodie bag and the 10 FREE Treatment Sessions for the lucky draw. That’s very generous of them!! I was so happy that this time around, I am not the only one among friends to be able to enjoy Mary Chia’s complimentary treatments.
Through this event, all my guests enjoyed either a complimentary 30-mins back massage or an express manicure. My boyfriend also managed to get a trial of this during the event and commented that the massuers were all very hard working and it was really enjoyable! :)
L to R: Andrea, Me, Ellen, Kristine, Charlene, Feon and Sharon
My friends, Andrea, Charlene, Ellen and Kristine are always tired at work and I was happy that this time around, they de-stressed in a girly way at Mary Chia instead of the usual drinking sessions we have. :D
I have tried their facial and their slimming sessions so far. Do click on the links to read more about it. :)
2) MadAboutJu.com
Although I co-own this with my sister, I’m grateful for her to agree to be part of this and to be generous enough to say yes to giving the exclusive discounts during the event and for helping during the event on behalf of MadAboutJu.com.

They also sponsored 1 box of Kilocut and 1 box of Diamond Collagen 16’s for the lucky draw. Each is worth $69.90!
Do check them at their facebook. I’ve tried quite a fair bit of their health and beauty drinks. :)You may read my past reviews on them here.
