How It Works:
Side #1: The Lipocils

Side #2: Black Mascara
I love this black mascara for how BLACK it is. The brush really helps to coat my lashes well. I don’t see much lengthening effect but the blackness really makes my lashes very obvious.
How To Use:
Pic on left = Use the Lipocils side and line it along your lash bone. Wait for it to dry.
Pic on right = Apply mascara as per normal!
