Yes this post is about Mushrooms.
That day I went with my mom and sis to have dinner, after a grueling day at the recent PC fair, at Outback Steakhouse (Millenia Walk). It’s an australian themed steakhouse with quite decent food and mid-range prices.
Because there were 4 of us, we decided to order more to share! We just picked whatever we felt like and then by some LUCK, we ordered this amazing dish

So I decided this weekend, I shall attempt to cook this.
And where to start but where every youth these days start – the internet.
Can you believe I found this site!! http://www.cookingwithmushrooms.com That’s a “fan club” kinda site for mushroom lovers to see how we can best make use of mushrooms to create delicious food. Amazing, I didn’t even think there were enough mushroom lovers in the world to sustain that site!
By the way, I think one of the most wonderful thing the internet allows us to share are recipes. GREAT. :D
I was thinking this time round I will just buy the fried chicken “flour” and roll mushrooms in and fry them. I’ll update to see how it turns out!!
