Do you know that by viewing your blood under a microscope, and seeing what your blood is made up of (red/white blood cells, platelets, blood plasma, etc), you can tell your state of health?
How interesting is that! I had this procedure called “Live Blood Analysis” (活性血液分析) done earlier this week at Adonis.

Let me share with you my blood analysis results!
1) Rouleau – when four or more red blood cells get “stuck” together simulating a stack of coins. (See my blood above!)
Poor protein digestion (hence excessive protein in the blood). Red Blood Cells lose their electric charge and stick together. Oxygen is not easily exchanged and an acidic environment or pH imbalance is caused.
[This could be due to the Nuskin Lifepak Supplements which I have been eating]

2) Indication of supplement intake
This scan can even detect that I have been taking supplements when I didn’t tell the Adonis team! *two thumbs up!*
Uric Acid in Blood
3) Uric Acid Crystals – is when undigested protein turns into Uric Acid and deposits in the joints. Causes inflammation in the joints. Square or rectangle shape may signify psychological stress
Luckily I only saw one of these. How scary is it if my whole screen was filled with it! Still, only ONE tiny drop of my blood was taken for analysis. Imagine how much Uric Acid is inside my ENTIRE body’s blood?
Overall it seems I am ok but I would need to take special care to reduce the uric acid levels in my body now.
