With 160 LED IR and Red LED lights that penetrates your skin at different depths, the LG Derma LED mask promises brighter and firmer skin.
Priced at S$1,349, it is relatively expensive for a facial mask. I am excited to share what it does for beleaguered, world-weary faces of modern women today.
Firmer and brighter skin with the LG Derma LED mask
LED Light Therapy for improved skin is not new in the beauty industry. In fact, there are many facial places in Singapore that offer LED light therapy as part of their treatments.
I’m definitely with the idea of using LED light to improve my complexion and am super excited when LG finally launched their Pra.L Derma LED Mask in Singapore. There was a lot of hype about it when it launched in Korea earlier this year.
LG claims that the mask has effect on the radiance of the complexion, on the reduction of pore size, on the density of the skin (with the boosting effect on collagen production) and therefore, an overall anti-wrinkle and anti-sagging effect.
There is actually a lot I like about it.
- Only 9 mins a day for youthful, radiant skin (and I can still use my phone while the mask is doing its magic)
- Super lightweight and portable (I’ve been travelling with it!)
- US FDA-cleared (and even has in-built safety goggles to protect your eyes)
- Unlimited usage (it’s actually quite a good value for money when used regularly over time)
How I use the LG Derma LED Mask
I usually use this at night after I cleanse my face and before my skincare. Just press the power button and then press play. Easy peasy!
I figure it would be better if you lie down and relax while you have the mask on but I use the time to catch up on stuff I need to do around the house (the mask fits me very well so it’s very comfortable to move around in) or catch up on social media.
Results
You won’t see or feel much after 1 treatment. LG advises that you’ll start seeing improvements over continued regular usage.
This LG Derma LED Mask is clearly an investment for your skincare routine. I believe in preventive care and this fits my approach to skincare. I see this as a wonderful boost to my current skincare routine and look forward to spending more time with my LG Derma LED Mask.
