One of the most luxurious masks I indulge myself in every now and then is Beauty Clinic Masks. Here’s sharing with you my experience of using the “Whitening Smart Laser” & “Trouble Smart Laser” mask.
I chose to try these two because the two biggest skin concerns that I have would be DULL SKIN and OILY SKIN.
#1: COMBAT OILY SKIN
What it is: It is a special smart laser mask which makes your skin moist and relaxed by calming irritated skin and by helping to soothes troubles with a laser care system containing trouble care ingredients such as abisabolol, arnica and chamomile extract. It also helps skin appear clear, regulates sebum production by ingredients such as salicylic acid, allantoin, aloe extract.
The mask’s base ampoule texture is very thick (which kinda gives me the impression that it’s packed with goodness) and when chilled before use, is extremely soothing to the skin.
So I place the ampoule evenly all over my face before taking out step 2 of the mask sheet and placing it on. As with most black sheet masks, I am definitely very happy with this. It’s stretchable and thin – just the way I like my mask sheets.
I noticed slightly less sebum than normal through the night cos I usually wake up with a shiny face.
#2: COMBAT DULL SKIN
What it is: It is a special smart laser mask which makes your skin bright by controlling melanin which is the cause of discoloration and by improving dark and dull looking skin tones with a laser care system containing brightening ingredients such as stable vitamin C-AA2G and niacinamide, morus alba bark extract, licorice extract, punica granatum extract and whitening ingredients such as arbutin.
The ampoule liquid texture is not as thick as the “Trouble Smart Laser” mask. Even though the packaging has a generous amount of ampoule essence but I managed to pat everything in :).
After just 20 mins, brighter skin is visibly noticed and felt! And this is what I love about Beauty Clinic masks. They are effective and always overflowing with essence with plenty to spare for my neck area.
If your skin is slightly dry, the masks’ essence will be absorbed very well into your skin, however, it will take a few trials to see results. If your skin is towards moisturised or oily, you will find the essence a bit rich for your skin. I will recommend that you pat some essence in and wipe the rest away.
* Taking into account skin turnover period of 4 weeks, it is most effective to use the product continuously twice a week for 4 weeks. (One month concentrated skin management program)
