Coloured Eyeliner Make Up Look Part 1

I labelled this blogpost in parts because I foresee more of such posts coming up. ^^ The reality is coloured eyeliners are the in thing these days. And I love it for the super wide variety of colours and one step easy application. Just glide it on and you get a pop of colour that makes your eyes so much more attractive.

Part #1 of this series, I’m going to feature Etude House Play 101 Pencils. These recently launched range of gel-based liners are made for versatility. They come in 13 vivid colours and 3 different textures (creamy, matt, and glittery) and allows you the option to use them as eyeliners, blushers, lipsticks, eyebrow pencils or even as a concealer.

Top to bottom: #20, #28, #26, #50, #15

Those are just what I have. They have so many many more exciting colours available and I just want to try them all!

I decided to create a look that uses ONLY the Play 101 Pencils. Here’s how it turned out.

I have to say that if you are after creating the agyeosal look, seriously check out #28! I love the glittery textured ones. They really look great not the eyes.

#20 on the lips turned out rather well and lasted for half a day. Pretty impressive. It’s kinda matt but if you want a more shiny look on your lips, all you have to do is glide on some lip balm. :)

These are gel based pencils and may not last very well if you have oily lids. But don’t fret, here are some tips! Do use a eye makeup primer and/or a powdered eyeshadow base below your eyeliner. :) It’ll help to make your eye liner stay on longer.

Etude House Play 101 Pencil, $12 each, is available at all Etude House stores.
