BFF Challenge: Are you eating well, Ju Ann?
It’s 2 weeks into my GLOW BFF Challenge. I haven’t lost much weight but I have gained muscle mass and lost fat. That’s a good start. I feel better and my bowls have been more regular. That’s probably because I’ve been taking heed of our nutritionist’s advice on Low GI, High Fiber, & Low Fat foods.
