So after the skin analysis, here I am at Adonis’s Lucky Plaza Branch – about to start my very first facial with them!
Yay! All ready now!! Let’s move on already.
ADONIS SPARKLING PEEL
One of their signature treatments, the sparkling peel facial is an advanced organic peel solution that loosens the surface keratin cells and works gently to eradicate embedded impurities and ease congested skin.
STEP 1: CLEANSE AND REMOVE MAKEUP
First, she cleansed my skin by removing my makeup carefully and gently. After that, I requested to take a photo so that we have a proper “BEFORE” photo to compare later! Here it is:
LOL, since this is a BEFORE shot, I need to look “unhappy” first ma!! Hahaha!!
STEP 2: SOFT PEELING GEL
This soft peel helps to remove dead cells and helps with exfoliation. No harsh beads here! :) Suitable for all skin types.
This is the same soft peeling gel that saved BongQiuQiu’s (blogger) face! Read her Adonis entry here.
STEP 3: COLD MIST
This has to be my favourite stage of the entire facial. The cold mist is so comforting. :) It has 153 Comedone in it which helps to soften the black and whiteheads for easy removal at the next stage.
STEP 4: LUMIDEE ENZYME MASK
After this, they put tissue over my face and let it stay on for while before peeling it off. All the impurities that are clogging my pores will be pulled out together with the tissue! Yay~ So no extraction is needed.

STEP 5: SYMPHONY BEAT
There are 48 acupoints on your face and this little red and black pads will help to massage your face to increase blood circulation, detox and clear all the lymphatic points. Congested lymphatic points will lead to clogged pores and pimples. It also has lifting properties which help saggy, aging skin. :)
STEP 6: HAND & FACE MASSAGE
In between the different steps, my Adonis consultant gave me a face and hand massage as well which is so relaxing la at the end of a longgggg working day. *sigh*
After step 5, a face massage helps to relax the face where the acupoints were activated by the Symphony machine.
STEP 7: SPARKLING PEEL MASK
You can’t really see here but there is a thin layer of mask on my face here that is the sparkling peel mask. Every 28 days, your skin renews and sometimes, the skin is not renewed evenly which leads to dullness. What this sparkling peel mask does is to fast-forward the 28 days cycle within this 45 mins. After 45 mins, my skin feels smoother and cleaner. This also has a pore minimizing effect on your skin. :)
The two globs of white stuff on my eyes is the hot eye mask which helps to improve blood circulation around the eyes.
STEP 8: Minilift PH Toner
The very last step to end off the entire soothing facial was to use this PH toner which helps to balance the skin’s PH and moisture levels.

I love how bright and clean my face is. It’s just really really clean! My pores are all unblocked. So awesome la!! Over the next few days I might have some minor peeling but that’s all normal and part of this treatment process. Picture above is right after facial and no makeup!
